U.S. Agropoli 1921 have signed inexperienced New Zealander, Mr BadDragon, as their new manager. He has travelled half way around the world to take charge of the Delfini for the upcoming season.
Little is known about the new boss and he joins a club struggling to stay up in Serie D. I think he will have is work cut out for him here.

The First Weeks
The club has been performing well, and it’s foray into the 4th tier is the best the club has ever done.
I sit down for the usual chat with the new boss.
Tactfully I decline not to mention that he looks taller than the more famous De Vito. It is never a good idea to upset your new boss on the first day in charge.
I sign up for the usual press conference and then cast a look over the staff and players.
We have more coaches than the board think we need, a limited scouting setup, and a fairly good medical team. I immediately start looking for a director of football and a scout.
I throw the rule over the squad. First thing I notice is we have no strikers. Do we need to play a strikerless formation?
I am open to trying some new ideas in this career.
It seems good to have some new kits for the team. I even went to the bother of making 3D kits as well.
The board have had to stump up some cash already.
They also decided that they will keep all the money from player sales.
“Manfred Mann” was by far the best respondent to the advert. I am happy to have him on board.
“Gate” comes in on a pay as you play deal. I needed some strikers and he was available.
“Lolz” is another who is on a pay as you play deal. We will see whether these two are able to command first team places.
We will bring you our first four preseason games plus what ever else happens during that time frame.
